Helping homeowners with foundation repair since 1933, Olshan Foundation Solutions specializes in perfecting foundation crack repair methods. More than 70 years ago, the method of foundation repair used involved the application of a concrete pad inserted under the foundation of the home. In 1967, Olshan became one of the first companies to receive Federal Housing Administration approval for a new method of foundation repair using bell-bottom piers. The bell-bottom piers proved to be one of the most advanced and reliable foundation repair systems in the business. In 1989, a new system, Cable Lock Plus, debuted. Since 1992, more than 10,000 homes have been repaired using Cable Lock Plus. Olshan is a member of the Better Business Bureau as well as the Foundation Repair Association and the National Association of Waterproofing and Structural Repair Contractors.
