Oil America Group Corporation, a subsidiary of American Energy Production Inc., raises capital required to drill and complete oil or gas wells. Originally established in early 2004, the company was acquired by American Energy Production Inc. in December 2004. Incorporated in 2001 under the laws of the state of Delaware, American Energy Production Inc. is a publicly traded energy company that is engaged primarily in the acquiring, developing, producing, exploring and selling of oil and natural gas. Additionally, the company is a joint venture partner in the exploration, evaluation, development and mining of gold and other minerals. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Production Resources Inc. owns leases covering approximately 1,600 gross acres of land in Medina County, Texas.
