If I could leave a 1/4 star i would. NTB in Alvin is poorly trained in customer service, and lacks the mechanical aptitude to service automobiles. First I noticed they didn't rotate the tires, so...

I had both my tire and spare tire flat so I brought in just the old tire to fix it and they did it in no time. The service was great and the people were very kind and understanding of the situation.
