Customer service was great and responsive and very kind, but some old fart at gate 2 had attitude issues and was very immature for his age. Very aggressive and no sense of professionalism.

Called to get pricing on some metal and both times the receptionist was rude, short, and unfriendly. They need to bypass her or lose business

Roy was great taking my order over the phone. All went south after that. Sales counter young man had no clue how to be in customer service. If he' had taken the chip off his prideful all knowing...
