Having been involved in anesthesia care for over 20 years, Dr. Phil Eichenholz and CRNA Neil Neal both saw firsthand the frustrations and daily drama caused by today's anesthesia care model. So it was only natural, once they were introduced, that the two men began to see their common frustration as an opportunity. What if they could fix today's broken anesthesia care model? What if anesthesia contractors stopped being absentee managers? What if patients, surgeons, providers and hospital administrators were treated more like customers and less like cogs in the system?
