This is a locally-owned martial arts studio that has been serving clients in Denton County in Flower Mound, TX since 1998. We offer daily classes for children, teens, and adults, ages 3 and up. The class types that we offer are; Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, conditioning, boxing, and women's self-defense. Great place for both children and adults. Classes have helped with my focus and confidence. I'd recommend to anyone looking to learn self defense or get in shape. Tery & Kimberly are the best!
