He is a Dallas Institute Graduate and has spent the last ten years managing the daily operations of American Mortuary Service.Our administrative personnel have established an innovative customer support computer system capable of providing a daily status and update for each of our customers. This system allows us to obtain Transportation Documents and file Death Certificates in a timely manner.Doug started in the funeral industry helping to dig graves in his home town cemetery. It didn't take long for his mentor and boss to realize Doug had found his calling. He is a Dallas Institute Graduate and the Embalmer in Charge at American Mortuary Service.Melissa has been the Vital Statistics Coordinator and Office Manager at American Mortuary Service for over five years.
