Originally from South Louisiana, Chef Mike's culinary journey took him from Vail to St. Louis before settling in Austin. After Hurricane Katrina, he joined the leadership team of Whole Foods Market and later returned to New Orleans to re-open a storm-damaged store. Now, Chef Mike is excited to share his expertise and love for cooking through NOLA Kitchen, providing a unique and flavorful dining experience for Austinites.
