This business came to be after the owner was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and went on a health journey to get off of medication. She came across a diet which got rid of all of the common known allergens. This worked very well for her! However, she had a sweet tooth. And she noticed many of the allergen free options were not very tasty, they were often overly priced, and they were all really small portions. After this discovery, she set out to create and manage a small at home business which sells allergen friendly foods for great prices so those with food allergies and sensitivities can enjoy desserts as well. The tea came in because of all the amazing health benefits found within plants! Plus, tea and baked goods go great together!

Our business specializes in allergen friendly baked goods. All of our baked goods are gluten, grain, dairy, refined sugar, and soy free. All of our options are vegetarian friendly and many can be made vegan friendly as well. We also have recipes for those allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. We offer specialized hand packed tea bags for sale as well.
