We are a small local company in a small Texas town, and we are all about service, providing large-sized, first-class professional service to all of our customers, whether you are a resort guest, tenant or the property owner. We strive for excellence and your satisfaction to the best of our capabilities in all we do. New Braunfels Leasing and Property Management, LLC is a third party real estate management company representing various properties owned by individual owners/investors. We opened for business in January, 2005 and our business range not only includes the New Braunfels area, but stretches into Comal and Guadalupe Counties, and even parts of Bexar County. The office is owned and operated by Curt Leonhardt, our full-time property manager. Before going into business for himself, Curt was the property manager for Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper Realtors, Inc in both the corporate office in San Antonio and later in New Braunfels. Prior to that, Curt was in property management handling high-rise Class A office buildings in the central business district of Houston, TX with Cushman and Wakefield, Inc at their central business office in Houston. So we come with vast property management experience. In the summer of 2007 we entered the resort property management business, with a few resort units, and have been steadily growing ever since. We are able to offer an assortment of various properties for the vacation guest. We understand that a vacation property is not only a property for the owner to enjoy, but it is a business investment as well, so we handle it as business. A key to our success is that we treat everyone -owners and guests alike- with respect and appreciation. We are an experienced property management company. Even though experience is important, it is still more about service. As Curt said, "we understand it's not as much about how much you know, but more about how much you care."
