Ndukaku Ibe, PA - WellMed

After earning her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2002, Lily Fu, M.D., completed her Transitional Year Training Program at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in June 2007. Dr. Fu is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, Texas Medical Association, the Harris County Medical Society, and the American College of Radiology. She was the Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity Vice President from 1998 - 1999 and the treasurer from 1999 - 2002. Dr.Fu enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, watching ballet and exercising.

Dr. Kenneth Nguyen is a board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) specialist with fellowship training in Pain Management. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathy at Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri in 2006, graduating magna cum laude. In 2010, he completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. For more than 10 years, Dr. Nguyen has provided comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for patients suffering from complex spine disorders. He also has over five years of experience in managing cancer-related pain. He was an assistant clinical professor in PM&R and Pain Medicine at The Ohio State University from 2011 to 2016, an interventional physiatrist at Lumin Health LLC in Plano, Texas, from 2016 to 2017, and an interventional physiatrist at Providence St. Joseph Health in Portland, Oreg., from 2017 to 2022. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in April 2022.

Christopher Hayes, MPAS, PA, completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1985. He went on to complete his Associate of Medical Science degree at Chicago City College. Through this program, Christopher was able to complete the Physician Assistant (PA) program, at Cook County Hospital, in 1990. Following this, he completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2007. As a MPAS-PA specializing in pain management, Christopher establishes a partnership with his patients in order to treat their pain. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in 2023.
