HistoryDuring my healing journey and after becoming a mother of two beautiful children, I found Dr Shefali's work and finally understood that the best gift I could ever give my kids was to heal my own wounds and learn to love myself. After recovering and transforming my own life, I became a life coach for kids and teens. Client after client, I realized that I could only impact their lives to a certain extent. I also realized if I wanted to empower them fully it could only happen through strengthening their connection with their own parents. And the only way to do that was to also work with their parents and help strengthen their parents connection with them.
