With three MAIs and several state certified appraisers, the firm provides real estate valuation and consulting services statewide to a broad range of clients, including lending institutions, pension funds, accounting firms, attorneys, investment advisors, developers, brokers, government entities, as well as private and public companies operating in a variety of industries. We have appraised virtually every property type including retail centers, apartments, industrial properties, office buildings, hotels, convenience stores, mobile home parks, subdivisions, ranches, mixed use developments and special purpose properties such as churches and daycare centers.
