Nathan Sinsheimer, MD

Kurt Johnson, MD, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, in 2016. He remained at Baylor College of Medicine to complete its Orthopedic Surgery residency program in 2021. Dr. Johnson then went on toN ew England Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts to complete a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction Surgery in 2022. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in April 2025. Dr. Johnson sees patients with chronic pain, typically of the hip or knee joints due to arthritis. He provides both surgical and nonsurgical management of degenerative joint disease and other joint ailments.

After completing his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2008, Dr. Nayeb-Hashemi completed his residency at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary Department of Ophthalmology in Chicago in 2012. He received a cornea/refractive surgery fellowship from the Cleveland Clinic Cole Eye Institute in Cleveland, which he completed in 2013. Afterward, Dr. Nayeb-Hashemi worked as a staff physician, clinical associate and assistant professor at both the Cleveland Clinic and Loyola University Medical Center before joining Kelsey-Seybold in September 2016. Dr. Nayeb-Hashemi is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Texas Medical Association, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.

Lewin Staine, MD, is an OB/GYN who obtained his medical degree in 2020 at McGovern Medical School at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) in 2020. He then went to Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland, to complete his OB/GYN residency in 2024. As an OB/GYN, he provides comprehensive care for women in all life stages from puberty through pregnancy and menopause. In addition to well care and prenatal care, he sees patients for diagnosis and treatment of pelvic pain, urinary issues, irregular bleeding, and other gynecological concerns. Dr. Staine joined Kelsey-Seybold's medical staff in September 2024.
