History
I have been teaching piano lessons since 2001, part-time, while working full-time with EMS. In 2013, after retiring from EMS and moving to Grand Prairie, I decided to begin teaching again. I love starting with beginners, young and old. Watching their eyes light up when music suddenly flows from their fingertips, is worth a thousand songs! I come from a long family line of incredible talent, including my Dad, sister, Grandparents, and Bob Wills. Both of my children have beautiful voices, and my daughter plays piano, Ukulele, and guitar.

Nana's Piano specializes in Alfred's piano teaching methods, along with Essential Elements Theory, Alfred's Essential Theory, music flashcards for fun learning and treat breaks for busy minds! I teach children, age 5 and up; and, also believe you're never too old to learn how to play!
