Marine Spill Response Corporation (MSRC) is the largest oil spill response organization in the United States, strategically positioned to deploy responders and equipment for a wide range of oil spill incidents. Established in 1990 by oil and gas companies in conjunction with the Marine Preservation Association, MSRC operates as a not-for-profit organization with US Coast Guard OSRO classification in every Captain of the Port zone, except Alaska.
