Jason Gonzales began his work in health and fitness in 1992. Jason is currently finishing his Masters of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a dual concentration in Rehabilitation Science and Performance Enhancement. He is an IRONMAN Certified Coach, an NASE certified Speed and Quickness coach, as well as a holder of multiple certifications in personal training (over 18 years of professional experience in health/wellness/fitness) including specializations in sports training, post rehabilitation, Pilates, and nutrition, He has held both Red Cross and YMCA Lifeguard Instructor Certifications as well as Red Cross and YMCA Swim Instructor Certifications (with over 7 years experience as an instructor), along with 2 years EMT work and 8 years Massage therapy experience.
