Mount Vernon Gym is one of the few remaining family owned & operated gyms in Texas and has been in business for 18 years! Big-Box gyms can't compete with our small town vibe and hospitality. We offer a 6,000 square foot, fully equipped facility featuring commercial grade cardio equipment, strength training circuit machines, over 2 tons of free weights, fitness classes, trainers and more!
