Moritz Kia service ends the second you close the deal. I have in writing that they will replace the cracked windshield I purchased this summer. They told me it would take a week or so to get in...

Not a good dealership to go through and I would not recommend. The process for getting your vehicle checked out for ANY reason absolutely sucks and it's the most inconvenient way I have ever heard...
