History

We began by baking organic cookies from home under the new Cottage Food Law in September 2011. We then moved to a commercial kitchen and began selling at local farmers' markets in February of 2012. We found there was a large and increasing demand for gluten-free foods at these markets, and after several months of experimentation, we learned how to make gluten-free cookies that were as good or better than our original cookies. So in October of 2012 we decided to focus solely on gluten-free cookies. Sales have been booming since then. In April 2013 we moved to a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, and we have begun expanding beyond farmers' markets to local coffee shops, restaurants, and retailers.
