They actually deserve just a 3.5, but I'm feeling generous towards them right now just because their selection tends to be so solid. Montalvo is the kinda big fish in small pond type of game...

I'm amazed at their vast selection from Yurman, Hardy and Scott Kay. I also get to learn a bit about what's hot from other designers there. I prefer dealing with Montalvo Jewelers when buying...

Would never ever recommend this place. Very unprofessional and right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I took a watch in for a new battery and crystal - $80 later and 3 months later...
