Monarch Liquor was established in January 2020, by Austin natives! Our roots to the neighboorhood go back over 22 years. We wanted to retain the communal nature of East Austin, and have strived to make a retail store that welcomes and serves all.

Fun small liquor shop, Mike was well dressed & a great help! They had a good fully stocked selection and helped me come up with some fun drink ideas for a graduation party.
