I had Ken from Modern Appliance come out and assess the reason that my freezer was not dropping below 20 degrees Fahrenheit. He removed the back panel and the coils and condenser were iced over....

Advertises they do appliance installation, but only installs if purchased from them. They need to be more specific in advertising services provided.
