Aditya Saini, MD, FACC, FHRS, CHFP is a Clinical Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist. Dr. Saini specializes in treating patients with heart rhythm disorders. Dr. Saini performs many types of complex ablations procedures for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias like supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. He also implants pacemakers, defibrillators and cardiac resynchronization therapy devices. He will be working at The Heart Institute of East Texas a premier cardiology group committed to serving and enhancing the well-being of residents of the East Texas Region. Our mission, for over 40 years, has been to provide high-quality, cost-effective, proactive, diagnostic and therapeutic heart & vascular services.

Dr. Ravinder Bachireddy founded The Heart Institute of East Texas in 1982. He, along with colleagues, brought state of the art technologies to Lufkin and developed it as a regional Cardiovascular hub. He is committed to transforming CV Care in Deep East Texas. His practice was awarded the TMF Physician Practice Quality Improvement Gold Award in 2019. As Cardiology Champion, Dr. Bachireddy led the team at CHI Memorial to earn the American College of Cardiology’s highest accreditation, “the HeartCARE Center of National Distinction designation” (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021), “PIONEER award” and highest accreditations in Heart Failure, Chest Pain, Cath Lab with PCI & Electrophysiology.
