TLO is unpressional, rude, and unfriendly. After reading through the reviews, it's amazing he hasn't been fired. If you get your nails done at Midland Nail Lounge, avoid him at all costs.

From the moment I walked in it was all smiles from all staff. I got a pedicure, they did a GREAT job!!!! I also got a manicure and they preserved my real nails! They made sure I was comfortable...

I love my nails. Tanya did a beautiful job and I've never had to wait but a few moments. Very friendly and I even learned some Vietnamese while getting my nails done.
