About Michael Sutker, MD, PA Bariatric and general surgery specialist Michael Sutker, MD, PA, opened his practice in 2014. His practice, with offices in McKinney and Dallas, Texas, is one of several surgeons that form Surgical Consultants of Dallas, LLC. Dr. Sutker enjoys a collaborative working relationship with his associates. He is board certified in general surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a Fellow of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (FASMBS). Dr. Sutker was born in Plano, Texas, and graduated from Plano Senior High School. Dr. Sutker grew up in a medical family as his father is an orthopedic surgeon and his uncle is an infectious disease doctor.
