I have lived in the Houston Metro since 2002 and in the Katy community since 2013. I have previously worked in the financial industry for 28 years and my last position was President of a Financial Institution in Katy, TX. I have been a customer of Allstate over 18 years prior to acquiring an Allstate Agency office and becoming an owner under the business name of M.D. Silva & Associates, LLC.
