History

Dr. Tylock established Tylock-George Eye care in 1985 and was a pioneer in the field of Lasik vision correction. He was one of the first doctors in the US to use an eximer laser, and has continued to be at the forefront of using new technology. Dr. George joined Tylock-George Eye care in 2012 after finishing his fellowship in the specialties of cornea and refractive surgery. The practice has been serving the Irving, Dallas, and Fort Worth Texas and North Texas region for over 25 years. The doctors have performed over 100,000 surgeries, and we pride ourselves in offering the latest technology in both Lasik and cataract surgery.
