Nice size store...super tight during holoday season. Only two registers so be patient. Customer service is spotty.

I'm literally waiting as people get past me only to have to practically beg the sales person to resize two watches. This is ridiculous. Finally he agreed and the gentleman who did it took no more...

Staff were friendly but I was not comfortable that she kept following me. I chose the Jet set shoulder chain after just 5 minutes of trying the bag on under her staring, plus a guy staff "helped"...

I will never buy again from this Galleria store. If you can, choose a different store. Also, from other posts, we agree that customer service needs improvement and manager does not do anything...
