History
Mike started out as a young lawyer in 1982 primarily in civil litigation. However, as he began to handle the estate planning and probate matters for the firm's clients and staff members, he found this area of practice a much better fit, and began to shift the focus of his practice to these areas. He left and opened his own firm in 2001, and has been helping families ever since.

Our law practice is limited to estate planning and probate, and associated litigation. This includes creating wills and trusts, powers of attorney, health directives, also called living wills. Our estate plans are carefully crafted to meet the needs of each individual client or family, not just punched out of a word processor. Our comprehensive planning involves making sure our clients know how to make things as easy on their loved ones as possible when death or disability occurs.
