History
Everything started in 2013 while being stationed in England, United Kingdom and my wife and I tried an authentic Belgium waffle (Liege waffle). We absolutely were hooked, and knew we wanted to bring that idea with a modern twist back to the United States. So, after returning stateside and moving to Texas we decided to put those plans to action! We have the most amazing waffles Conroe has to offer and we provide the traditional Puerto Rican food with West Coast Mexican food!

We are a veteran owned Food unit bringing Puerto Rican & Mexican food vibes to the area. We want to bring life into the Conroe area and we love interacting with our customers.
