Founded in 1975, Metroplex Gymnastics operates in the health care and recreational sector. Based in Allen, Texas, it primarily serves the Dallas and Forth Worth region. The center offers gymnastics at various levels for tiny tots aged three years as well as preschool classes, home and girl/boy gymnastics for children in the first grade and above. In addition, it conducts a variety of cheer and tumbling activities, including handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, back handsprings and back flips. The center is also an ideal place for birthday parties; it provides party supplies, including invitations, helium balloons and party favors.
