It won't accept my visa or Amex. Who knows how many people cant ride bikes because there's an issue with the app. "Something went wrong. Please try again" is the message I get when I use my visa...

I have used these in other cities and it was a great experience but the Austin setup is looking pretty beat. I assume with all of the scooter competition that they are not investing in keeping up...

Great customer service! I accidentally bought passes on Metro and couldn't figure it out. Call the number on the screen when we were trying to check out the bikes and the lady was super helpful....
