Operational since 1962, Methodist Retirement Communities is a nonprofit services ministry that serves senior citizens in east Texas. It offers low-income housing, residential and assisted living, nursing and dementia care and home health services. The ministry operates through more than five campuses in Galveston, Huntsville, Bryan, La Porte, Lufkin and Texarkana, Texas.
