Terrible customer service. improper communication. I cancelled reservations with them 2 days prior and they still charged my card. the place appearance looks like a run down roach...

Worst hotel I've stayed at in some time. Dirty and under much needed construction. Stairs seem structurally barely sound. No light bulbs or working lamps. Just say no. Stay somewhere else.

Step up from a street bench. Seedy area with lots of noise, had the pleasure of listening to a tenant fight and cops come to break it up. Room was dirty by our standards, some may find it...
