Vera West Womens Center is located on the second floor of the Hickory Center in Abilene, TX. The center provides screening and diagnostic digital mammography services, ultrasounds and bone density testing for women.

Pregnancy Resources of Abilene is a medical clinic dedicated to providing compassionate care & support to women facing unplanned pregnancies and expectant mothers who need extra support. We are committed to empowering women with information & resources needed to make informed decisions about their pregnancy. All of our services are free, confidential, & not income based. We offer: Pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, professional counseling, classes & coaching, medical & community referrals, & much more!
