The facility is a little pricey because they bill as an outpatient surgery center (an extension of Memorial Hermann Hospital), not as a separate physical therapy facility, but if you don't mind...

Whoever is answering the phone on this day was very rude. Customer service was at a all time low. The therapist are great here. But whoever answers the phone was very unprofessional.
