Memorial Ashford Little League (MALL) has been an integral part of the near West Houston community since its charter with Little League International in 1972. Having catered to over 20,000 players and their families, MALL is now on the brink of engaging its third generation of participants.
The league's core mission is to instill in children the values of sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect, nurturing them into upstanding citizens. While fostering exceptional athletic abilities and victories are important, the primary focus is on molding youngsters into responsible future leaders.
Operated by a dedicated team of volunteers, MALL relies on parents and community members to ensure its success. From managing teams to maintaining facilities, these volunteers play a crucial role in providing a safe and enriching environment for children to learn and enjoy baseball.
