OH EM GEE! I live in Houston and usually schedule my doctor appointments in Houston but I decided to try this ENT location due to it's convenience to my job... I was having issues with my ears....

I attempted to make and appointment. The nice woman who answered couldn't even say the word, "tinnitus". occupational hazard. The conversation was brief. We got the PII and insurance information...

We had to visit the emergency room...it's always a long wait, but we did not have a choice as it was an emergency. Took 5 1/2 hours and was admitted for observation. Everyone in OBS was awesome,...
