History

We started as a private 6 stall breeding barn in 1998. We steadily grew by word of mouth and got out of breeding and solely into boarding by 2005. We currently have 60 stalls and average 70 horses.

What is now a successful equine community at McKinney HorsePlex, with over 60 stalls, an indoor arena and huge pastures, was once just one six-stall barn. For 20 years it has been growing because we treat each horse as if it were our own. Cheryl Joseph, the owner, is a lifelong rider and horse owner. The manager, Dale Hall-Panting, also has decades of experience. It is always reassuring to know that the people caring for you horses every day can handle a nervous horse, spot a sick horse, respond in an emergency, or answer a routine question you may have. We are thrilled to have an on-site BHS certified dressage and hunter/jumper trainer. Train your horse, train yourself -- we're passionate about horses and providing them with the best quality care. We'll always be here to help and take care of both you and your equine friends.
