I've actually never had a bad food experience here. Surprised to see such bad rating. Issues: play place is DISCUSTING and a bit cold. Floors are usually crusty and arent clean (play area)...

I don't like to be a Karen but jeez the service is horrible! I work in food service too but never have I been so rude to customers. Overall ambiance sucks and the food is never right

Slow- bad customer service. Don't order through the drive-thru you will not get everything you paid for. Missing burgers - missing fries it doesn't stop. Plus- Don't ask for anything "special"...
