The Diner opened in the fall of 2017 bringing South TX's community and the town of Rancho Viejo a casual, cozy space to revitalize an abandoned gas station. The Diner offers a variety of home-cooked dishes straight from our high-tech green kitchen. It features simply prepared dishes highlighting pristine, seasonal ingredients served family-style. Our vision is to support the environment with its air fryer and hot air oven bringing you food that is exceptionally healthier than traditionally fried foods. Our eco-friendly technology will produce food that has up to eighty percent less fat than oil fried foods, without sacrificing the taste.
