Dr. Hernandez was inspired to pursue a career in medicine after seeing medical professionals help members of her family. She appreciated the care her family received and wanted to provide care to others in return. She chose internal medicine for the opportunity to build Dr. Hernandez attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio. She continued there to complete a residency in internal medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Hernandez currently lives in Mission, Texas

NP Martinez is passionate about providing holistic care for her patients. As a young girl, she knew she wanted to study medicine. Her dream was to become a doctor in Mexico, but she fell in love with the nursing profession when she studied in the U.S. at the University NP Martinez enjoys family medicine because it allows her to gain deep knowledge in several areas of health, not just one.
