Maverick's was opened in Arlington, TX in 1995 on S. Cooper St. It was a small bar & grill that had a limited menu and great times. In the years that followed, three more locations were opened in El Paso, TX. In September of 2010 the new Mavs was opened and the Cooper location closed. It was definitely bittersweet. The new location is non smoking, opened for lunch, and the new full menu is definitely worth trying. The the brisket is smoked in house for 12 hours daily. The fish tacos are amazing and the nachos are enough to feed the entire table. Families and youth organizations are welcome, but keep in mind that the later hours are best suited for adults. The new location is on E. Main St, not to be confused with W. Main St, one block north of Abrams behind Shipley's Donuts. You can find Maverick's Sports Grill by heading north on East St, Mary, or Jeffries. It's definitely worth finding!
Customer Service, Clean Non Smoking sports grill, Excellent menu and great drink specials!
