History
Matt Willis began learning the highland bagpipes in 1996, and in 2001 was able to perform at the Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow, Scotland. That same year, Matt began performing for public and private events, such as weddings, parties, and memorials. Matt also began teaching the pipes that year and has taught many, many folks to play the pipes.
