I was happy to find a good restaurant in Midland Texas. The food was good. The service was great and the owner Marty stopped by two or three times and make sure everything was good before we left.

Went there last night. Best crawfish and gumbo in town. Hands down the best. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff!

Boudin Balls we're ok but seem like they come pre maid and they are so big they cut them in half when they are served to make sure they are done thru. Coconut shrimp was burnt. Cocktail sauce was...

We go to NOLA frequently and I wasn't very impressed with the food, unfortunately. It was "ok". Will we go back, probably would prefer to just go to NOLA.
