* Traditional KARATE for youth (6 years old and older), teens, adults and seniors. * BABES n'TOTS is our 3-5 years old Karate program designed to promote exercices as a fun activity to improve speed, agility & focus * White TIGERS is our one of a kind therapeutic martial art program, a program like no other one designed for all our Special Needs (ADHD, dyslexia, autism, ...) students * The Children' DEN is our Parents Day out program. We provide a safe and loving environment for children 3 to 6 years old * A+ STARS is our after school program that support social, emotional, cognitive and academic development. Tutoring and Test prep coaching session - online or in person - are also available. * KIDDIE COVE is our Parents Night out, a win-win evening for families! * PE CLASS is an Off-Campus Physical Education Program designed to accommodate students who are making a serious effort to develop higher-level skills in a specific activity that exceeds what the school district can offer through the general physical education program. * Karate FITNESS is an endurance exercise and body-weight program that forces high repetition and low-resistance movements to develop flexibility and a leaner musculature while increasing strength, endurance, and teaching self-defense. * SELF-DEFENSE program is designed to empower all our students, from all age group, to deal more effectively with situations that are physically and mentally hostile.
