History

We're a top 3 Best of Denton Martial Arts school in 2012 & 2013 as voted by our students and the readers of the Denton Chronicle. We started out in a 1400 sq foot suite at the Gateway Plaza shopping center on South I-35 east in Denton, TX. We outgrew that space and moved our school to the west side of I-35 to the Market Square at Unicorn Lake shopping center in 2010. We have just completed our first year anniversary in our NEW 3800 sq foot facility in suite 200 at the Brinker Crossing shopping center located on the 288 Loop commercial district in Denton, TX.

We're dedicated to inspiring & equipping students to reach maximum potential through Black Belt Excellence. We are a traditional family friendly martial arts school specializing in the Korean Martial art of Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Physical Fitness & Zumba Cardio Dance. We have classes for all ages of students children and adults starting with our youngest students who can begin at 3 and a half years of age. We are proudly affiliated with the American Taekwondo Association (ATA) and the world renowned Cooper Institute. We are fully Certified & Accredited 4th Degree Black Belt Instructors of Martial arts and certified fitness professionals. We have been training students and families in Denton and the surrounding communities since 2003. We work from the prospective of ensuring that a student takes on a balanced approach to their whole life and focus on character development, positive mental attitude, discipline, respectfulness, confidence and physical fitness while they learn very effective martial arts from caring, wise and accomplished Instructors from varied backgrounds in academia, the military, Athletic and the professional spheres. Our program is Insured. Our Instructors are Certified and fully background checked. Our curriculum is verified and approved by the American Taekwondo Association. Our Fitness protocols are certified by the Dallas based & world renowned Cooper Fitness Institute. We love teaching the wonderful disciplines and traditions of the martial arts.
