Just for reference..... What they are doing is trying to cut out Section 8..The Texas gives them a tax break...but they only want full paying renters. The invest no money on the propert..it smells...

After attempting to reach the Market Place Senior Apts by 4 emails and 1 phone message, I give up. They are either understaffed, have a long wait list or are not interested in out of state move...
