Mark W. Eggert

History

In 1989, Mark joined his father, who had opened a law office in Mathis in 1950. From 1992 to 2002 Mark served as a State's Prosecutor in San Patricio County. Since 2002, Mark has defended folks accused of both felony and misdemeanor crimes as well as children accused as juvenile delinquents. While criminal and juvenile trial-work is Mark's main area of interest, he continues maintaining an office practice to serve the community with thr general legal needs: wills, probate, guardianship, real estate transfers, and general family-law. Mark is licensed by the Supreme Court of the State of Texas. Mark is not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
